Shipping & Returns

Free Freight

Free freight is offered an all machines shipped to a business with a loading dock, or appropriate equipment to remove the freight from the back of the truck. All accessorial charges for improperly marked shipments will be billed to the customer. All charges for redelivery will be billed to the customer. All delivery addresses that have a residence present are considered residential deliveries. If you choose to ask the driver to unload with lift gate and did not select lift gate delivery at checkout, you will be billed for this additional charge. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

All electrical parts and electromechanical controls are not returnable. 

All built-to-order items are not returnable. This includes machinery; and parts that are assembled, cut-to-length, or kitted. 

Machinery is not returnable. 

Filters are not returnable. 

All returns MUST be pre-authorized and given a return authorization number. Any returned merchandise that arrives without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned merchandise will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

We make manuals and technical assistance available to ensure you receive the correct parts for your machine. Parts that have been "test-fit" are non-returnable and will not be refunded and may be returned to customer at customer's expense. Kits must be returned in their original sealed bags.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please submit a request through our Contact form and we will call you to issue a Return Authorization Number.


Cancelled orders will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if the parts or equipment have entered production at the time of cancellation, or if the order has been sent to the warehouse for shipment. 

Refused Shipments

Outbound freight, return freight, and restocking fee will be charged to buyer on all refused shipments. Outbound freight deductions will include charges paid by Shop Compressor Co LLC to deliver items with free shippping in chich the customer was not billed for freight on the original invoice. 


We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Additional charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, and US Territories.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight and dimensions. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights and dimensions will be rounded up to the next full pound, or next inch measurement.
